After years of experience in the industry, Dan and Naomi saw an opportunity to create something different, a company built on excellence, integrity, and care. From a beautiful office in downtown Tampa, our team proudly serves clients across the entire state of Florida, providing innovative, high-quality infrastructure solutions. Naomi D'Antonio
Co-founder and President
Community Engagement Lead
Naomi brings more than a decade of experience in public involvement, stakeholder coordination, and organizational leadership, with a background that includes serving as Executive Director of a nonprofit, President and Founder of her own firm, District Representative for the U.S. House of Representatives, and Senior Public Involvement Representative for a large engineering firm, supporting complex transportation and infrastructure projects through strategic communication and community engagement.

Dan D'Antonio, P.E.
Co-Founder and Vice President
Engineering and Planning Services Lead
Dan is a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in transportation engineering, traffic operations, and infrastructure planning, serving as Vice President of D Squared Infrastructure. He has led complex studies and design efforts for FDOT districts and local agencies throughout Florida, with expertise spanning traffic modeling and simulation, operational and safety analysis, corridor and feasibility studies, access management, and roadway design.

Emily Hiebner, P.E.
Transportation Engineer
Emily Emily Hiebner, P.E. has experience supporting transportation and infrastructure projects through technical analysis, design development, and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. She is an Engineer at D Squared Infrastructure and holds an engineering degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Emily has successfully completed the licensure process in Florida and applies strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a standards-driven approach to deliver accurate and reliable technical support throughout all phases of project development.

Executive Administrator
Emily is a business administration and marketing professional supporting D Squared Infrastructure. She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of South Florida and provides administrative leadership, manages documentation, and ensures operational efficiency, applying strong organizational and analytical skills to support multidisciplinary teams and enhance project delivery.
