Design Build Pushbutton V
Location: FDOT District Seven, Florida
Client: Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), District Seven
Project Overview
Design Build Pushbutton V (DBPB V) is a task work order–driven design-build contract developed to provide rapid response to safety, operational, and capacity needs throughout FDOT District Seven. The contract supports small-scale but high-impact improvements, with individual work orders typically valued at less than $1 million, allowing for expedited delivery of roadway and traffic enhancements.
D Squared Infrastructure provided senior roadway and traffic engineering leadership and Engineer of Record (EOR) services for multiple DBPB V work orders, supporting access management improvements, traffic signal reconstruction, lighting retrofits, freight improvements, and small capacity projects across the district.
