The Reynolds Street Sanitary Sewer Replacement project involved utility infrastructure improvements along Reynolds Street in Plant City, Florida. The project required coordinated construction activities within an active roadway environment while maintaining access for residents, businesses, and emergency services.

Key Services

D Squared Infrastructure provided Temporary Traffic Control Plan (TTCP) services to support construction-related trucking detours along Reynolds Street. The scope included evaluation of roadway operations and access impacts, development of detour routing and traffic control layouts to safely accommodate construction vehicles, and preparation of signing, channelization, and traffic control device plans. The effort also included coordination to maintain access for local traffic, residents, and emergency services, as well as preparation of Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) documentation in accordance with applicable standards and project requirements.​
