​Project Overview​

D Squared Infrastructure provided roadway design and traffic engineering support for the intersection improvements at State Road 56 and CR 579 in Hillsborough County. The project focused on enhancing safety, improving traffic flow, and supporting FDOT’s corridor-level operational goals.

The effort included analysis, design, and cost estimation for intersection improvements, as well as oversight and review of construction plans. Services extended through final plan submittal and post-design support as the Engineer of Record (EOR), ensuring alignment with FDOT standards and corridor safety objectives.
