​Project Overview​

D Squared Infrastructure (D2I) is providing comprehensive design services for the I-75 interchange improvements at Sumter Boulevard and Toledo Blade Boulevard in Sarasota County. This Design-Build project focuses on improving interchange operations, enhancing safety, and supporting regional mobility along one of Southwest Florida’s most critical interstate corridors.

The improvements are designed to accommodate existing and future traffic demands while minimizing impacts to motorists during construction through close coordination with the design-build team and FDOT.

Key Services

D2i is serving as the prime consultant for the I-75 at Sumter Boulevard and Toledo Blade Boulevard project, providing comprehensive design services including roadway analysis and plan development, traffic operations, signing and pavement marking analysis and plans, ITS analysis and plans, signalization, lighting, and permitting coordination. D2i will also provide post-design support throughout construction to support implementation of the final design.
