​Project Overview​

The I-75 interchange improvements at Sumter Boulevard and Toledo Blade Boulevard are part of a Design-Build project in Sarasota County focused on improving the operation, safety, and connectivity of two key interchanges along the I-75 corridor. The project is intended to support existing and future travel demands while improving the overall function of these important connections between I-75 and the surrounding roadway network.

Key Services

D2i is serving as the prime consultant for the I-75 at Sumter Boulevard and Toledo Blade Boulevard project, providing comprehensive design services including roadway analysis and plan development, traffic operations, signing and pavement marking analysis and plans, ITS analysis and plans, signalization, lighting, and permitting coordination. D2i will also provide post-design support throughout construction to support implementation of the final design.
